Welcome to Breezy Internet, the first direct-to-home wireless internet provider in Hampton Roads, Virginia. We are currently offering our internet access and free password manager to residential customers in the five points area of Norfolk, Virginia. Our main goal is to provide wireless internet access directly to the home over long range wireless connections at affordable prices with an emphasis on customer service. Speeds will be anywhere from 20 to over 100 megabits, with unlimited use, and no contracts or hidden costs. There are no fees for service changes such as disconnection, or re-connection. Even taxes are included. You would only pay a set monthly fee for service.
As we are just starting out, we are unable to give the equipment away for free, so it must be purchased before installation. We will be offering a discount on the monthly service cost equal to 10% of the equipment cost every month for a year. The equipment cost will be kept as low as possible, with it expected to be anywhere from $50 to $180 depending on optional equipment. We also offer a refer a friend program, where existing users can earn money by referring new users. Our customers will have complete control over billing and payments through our online client zone web portal.
In addition to internet access, we also offer a hosted password manager service included with all internet plans. This includes a single group of 4 users for free, with the ability to share passwords with other users in the group. Additional users can be added for $1 per user per month. We have our own email server that will be available for free soon after we begin offering internet service. This will allow our users to have an @breezy-net.com email address. We also provide a very basic in-home cable testing and labeling service for $20. The password manager service will be available to users anywhere in the United States. The home cable testing and labeling service will be available to residential homes in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area.
